DETAILED EXPENSE RECORDS
If a client is incapacitated or just prefers not to handle the day to day expenses, we can take full responsibility for all household expenses. We will arrange with the client, family and/or appropriate legal representative for a monthly allowance. This money will be collected by Shylo Nursing and forwarded to the Caregiver in charge. The Caregiver will keep all receipts along with a detailed Expense Record. Each month Shylo will deliver the monthly allowance and collect the previous month's receipts. All receipts and records will be safely kept in the office files.
