Every staff member is thoroughly screened for the appropriate qualifications and more essentially, for personal integrity in their working relationship with seniors. Although not required by law, we do undertake Criminal Record Checks on each potential new employee. Shylo also carries full liability insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance.
